[Dx4win] No day/night update

I see the same behavior on my Windows XP-based system with DX4Win 6.02. When
the world map is set to update day and night automatically, it doesn't. If I
click somewhere on the world map window, it does "catch up", showing the
proper day/night coverage. The feature was working fine under 5.0x.
