Paul,
Some observations and comments on wish list.
In answer to PF3 and XP Home...yes, I am seeing the same. I use the
RAC, saved to disk, and Golist. I have Callsign Update checked, and Automatic
Update checked. If I open DX4WIN from a shortcut, this dos window problem
exists. If I open DX4WIN from the .exe file, rather than opening a dos window,
the opening and operating of a dos program shows up on the taskbar, which
isn't
obtrusive. With options checked as they are above, with each letter of a
callsign
entered, the dos program pops up on the task bar, and then dissappears, until
the next letter of the callsign is typed in. My system was a XP upgrade, but I
recently changed harddrives, and loaded XP onto a clean drive, so not an
upgrade
anymore.
Would very much like to be able to customize the Same Call window with a
report builder like the Logbook window. Be nice to be able to pick and chose
what I see.
The old map was more 'readable'.
Would be nice to be able to pick which spots show in the spot window based on
their priority. I.E., don't want to see spots with a priority or 7 or 8,
set Ignore to
6, and only see spots with a priority or 6 or less. Possible?
Great program Paul, and as I wrote to you before, it's nice to have this forum
for all users to participate in, and nice to work with a company who listens
to their customer base.
