[Dx4win] Same Call Window

Scott,

In File | Preferences | Screen, Uncheck the box
'Leave all windows in original position'.

This option brings all windows back within your current screen limits.

On my system I can also specify a desktop size which exceeds the 
screen size. So windows can hide to the right or bottom of my visible
screen.
