[Dx4win] Swapping Radios

I have two radios on 6.02.  My first radio is in the shop, so every time I 
start the program I have to wait for its port to timeout before I can 
proceed.  I know I can swap the radio parameters, but how hard would it be 
to add "radio number" fields to the radio definitions, defaulted to 1 and 2 
but user changeable, just for situations like this?  In other words, 
temporarily designate my Radio 2 as Radio 1 so that it would be seen by the 
program when it starts up.
