[Dx4win] Pre- and Post-Conditions

Hi Will-

I agree and my TNC is a PK-900 so I can use it for other things if I ever
get organized. Would like to get the PSK-31 upgrade for it. I know I have
been lucky but I have never had my DSL go down--am with SBC. And I have
already donated a PC to my local node :-)
