Actually I don't use the "thumb drive" to backup DX4Win logfiles. I
do my backup to CDs but I use the "thumb drives" to transfer data to
and from work all the time. Yes, $60 is more expensive than a floppy
but my DX4Win log is now 14MB and the prospect of spreading it
over 10 floppies would not be worth it. Remember that if the backup
process is painful then it does not get done very often. You can also
buy CDRW drives for less than $50 and the CDs are only a few cents
each which would be another easy backup method.
