[Dx4win] Identifying new band-countries

Yes, this works, but it's really slow and painful. Conceptually, what
you really want to do is to search the database for all QSO's for which
"QSL Sent=N" and the DXCC listing says that band/mode/country is "W" or "M".
Unfortunately, there's no way to do this without parsing the database.
I don't suppose the DX4WIN database is in a "public" format, is it?
I'd gladly write a utility to do it if I had access to the database format.

Integrating this into the existing database search capability inside the
DX4WIN GUI would be icing on the cake!

I wonder if it might be possible to export the DX4WIN logs in a well known format
and write a utility to parse the well known format. Maybe I'll look
into that if nobody has a better idea.
