[Dx4win] DX4WIN 6.02 CW/PTT on Serial Port

Hi Gang,

Running XP with DX4WIN 6.02 and can get serial port CW keying on either/and 
DTR and RTS, but when PTT  control is
selected for either DTR/RTS the selected line stays at a constant -8 
volts.  The same thing happens with DX4WIN 5.03.

Does anyone have a suggestion?
