[Dx4win] Icom bad QRG reading

I've got the same setup as you Ira - DX4WIN 6.02 and IC756ProII - but
have no problems such as you mentioned.  One thing that caught my eye -
the posted frequency in my log looks like "14,242Khz", no decimals.  Not
sure how to add the decimals (or take them away for that matter), but
perhaps the use of them blows some buffer.

I experience exactly the same thing with DX4WIN and my IC756Pro2.  Other

programs work OK.  I use Writelog and it is fine.
