[Dx4win] How to xmit PSK off frequency

To reply to the messages from David, Rob and Mel as to wether
you can't just use the split capabilities of the transceiver:
When you receive a PSK station with the rig set at 14070 (the standard starting point
for the PSK window) and click with the mouse on a DX signal, the rig is then transmitting
on the indicated 14070 plus some offset frequency. The offset frequency _may_ be the
frequency indicated in the Tx freq window but I'm not sure.
How can I determine what the correct frequency to set the transceiver which would possibly be
14070 plus the offset frequency to receive the DX plus the split requested by the DX?
I can't figure that out and need someone who "does this for a living" to explain it.
