[Dx4win] 2003 Radio Call book interface

Not to drag this out too far, but the CD has an install routine on it
which will do the copying fo the important information to the drive of
your choice on the system.  If you just point to the directory it's in
with DX4WIN then all should work fine.  That's what I've been doing
successfully for the last couple of years.
