[Dx4win] 2003 Radio Call book interface

I may have missed the beginning of this thread, but here's what I did:

1.  Create a D:\DATA directory (where D:\ is the hard drive).
    You can create a separate hard drive partitions for just
    the RAC data if you want.

2.  Copy the contents of the RAC CD-ROM DATA directory to the
    DATA directory on the hard drive.

3.  Copy the CALLBOOK.EXE file from the CD-ROM to the root of
    the D:\ drive.

4.  Tell DX4WIN that RAC is on the D:\ drive (no path needed)

This allows fast access to the data, and CALLBOOK.EXE will work from the hard
drive as well.
