This was a problem unique to my log.  I had a KL7/mobile station in 
California but it was not in the country database.  Because the county 
field was filled in, but the state field was blank, DX4WIN tried to assign 
it as a "blank" county in Alaska.  This problem probably won't affect 
anyone else, and once it's added to the database, the problem will be gone.

A few other changes coming:

TO1A starting 1 March 2003 is Martinique, FM
TO4T start date should be 28 March 2003 (Guadaloupe, FG), not 29 March
TO5AA starting 22 May 2003 is Martinique, FM

OZ8AE helped me with VK0JC:

I'll research the GB and GQ callsigns a little bit more, there are some 
oddities there.

EW6O/K4RKI and 4K4/RK0QXY should be mapped to EU and UA9, respectively.

FO0AOI and FO0SOU started from French Polynesia on 17 November 1999, not 14 
November 1999.

I also plan to make the primary country prefixes match up with the ARRL so 
that both lists are in the same order.

I'll try to do another update next weekend. Please send me your mapping 
errors so I can correct them!
