I have the same problem, never really found a adequate solution. The RTS/DTR
lines flip state as the machine boots - hence the problem. I have simply
installed a switch in the line to stop the rig going into TX!

I just upgraded to XP Pro this weekend (Great Move).  One thing I have
noticed after having to reboot so much from loading software is that
during the reboot process the computer keys my RigBlaster which in turn
keys my rig up about 4 times.  This happens each time I boot the PC and
the rig is on.  Any help out there?
