[Dx4win] Using Telnet with DX4WIN

I've used DX4WIN for years with TNC.  Checked the online help for using Telnet and changed Port to TCP/IP.  I don't find the list of Telnet sites to connect to.  What am I missing?  I use a Telnet connection with Writelog with no problem.
