[Dx4win] Windows XP and CW Keyer

My thanks to those responding - I "upgraded" to Windows XP - I'll follow 
your tips about doing a reinstall of DX4WIN and that should do it.  Lots of 
knowledge out there on this reflector........much appreciated!
