For anyones future reference, what I found was that the receiver address =
and radio port line (DTR high switch had to be on) were the problems.
My ICOM manual said the default adress was 2CH or 44.
Since the dx4win address field was 2 digits I was using an address of =
44. What I didnt know was that DX4WIN wanted the 2CH address with the H =
stripped off. It wanted 2C.
After using 2C and DTR high (Box checked), I was in business.
