[Dx4win] DXCC Award Submission problem

I see how it works now. It appears to work off of just the Mixed mode
counts and not the Band counts. I have confirmed Mode mixed total of 99,
and a band total of 173. I marked one more mode entry as confirmed and the
DXCC submission list filled in.
It was my understanding, as explained to me by an ARRL DXCC checker, that
entity can be counted toward the initial mixed award it was worked on
different bands as well. Based on this I was expecting that JA stations
which were worked on 5 bands would count as 5 on the DXCC list. I'll
revert back to my original way of thinking, that I need confirmed 100
entities regardless of band,
