[Dx4win] Release 4.07

I am currently using release 4.05 of DX4Win and would like to update to 4.07
but historical updates do not seem to be availbale on the DX4Win web site.
Could anyone tell me where I can find this file. I could certainly use some
of the fixes especially the fix to the daylight saving time change which
plagues me twice a year.
