With DX4WIN running and your log file open, hit F8.  Enter the starting 
date of the log segment in the date field and hit [ENTER].  The program 
asks you for your ending date.  Put it in.  Then open the logbook 
window.  Right click to edit it to get the fields and the sort order you 
want.  Right clock again and print.
