[Dx4win] help with psk31

hi the name here is phil and i am trying to get psk31 to work.i have a 
kenwood 570 and a rigblaster and the last rev. of dx4win. with a dell 1.7 gh. 
comp. i have rtty working ( mmtty program ) but i can only copy junk and i 
can key the transmitter but i have no power output ? i am at a loss now i 
have done justabout every thing that i can think of, but still no working 
psk31. i am hoping some one will take the time to walk me thru the settings.
