[Dx4win] Dx4Win and Win 3.1

Lorenzo,

DX4WIN is a 32 bit program, while your version of WIndows is 16 bits. 
I do not know if Steve is still helping users with version 1.0?. 
(that version will work under Windows 3.1. )
