I'm not sure that the time necessarly reflects the end of the QSO. It 
really depends upon your operating habits. IIRC, the time is frozen at 
the moment you tab over the "Time" field (or hit "Enter" if you don't go 
past the time field). e.g. if you tab over the "Time" field and don't 
hit "Enter" until 10 minutes later, your time will be frozen 10 minutes 
before you 'logged' the QSO.
