[Dx4win] Countries file update - OR4(Belgium). CORRECT WAY TO DO IS BELOW

Hi All, 

better way to handle OR4 prefix in DX4WIN is to do the following 

> Now many stations from Belgium using special prefixes OS & OR.
> Prefix OR4 recognize by dx4win as Antarctica.
> I remember that in mid of 70 years activity few station from Belgian
> Antarctic base using same prefix.
> Every time correct country by F1 in Prefix window is not pleasure.
> So you can modify prefix in Mapping|Country Editor.
> If you want to do it here is steps for update:
>1.Close all windows (File|Close)
>2.File|Databases|Countries - open Country Editor window
>3.Country|Find - select Antarctica  - enter
> 4.In low part of window select Mapping - find and select OR4 prefix

Add END DATE for OR4 = 17/05/2002

> 6.In upper part of window  Mapping|Update

NOW ADD ALSO

Country|Find - select BELGIUM  - enter
In low part of window select Mapping 
ADD OR4 prefix with Start date 18/05/2002
In upper part of window  Mapping|Update    

> 7.File|Save Changes and Exit

If you worked OR4 prefix before 18-05-2002 then it WILL remain ANTARTICA 
and you don't have to correct these special calls
