Hi Eric

To see the details, look at this report:
QSO Window | Reports | WAS | Listing | choose 160M

You will see a report that lists every one of the 50 states, with
a column for Mode and Band. As you chose 160M it will be for 160M only.
If CW is not selected as the mode, change your Preferences for WAS.

If you see "W" it means you have worked a station in that State, but no
further action.

If you see "M" it means you have mailed a QSL request to a station in
that State, but a card has not yet been received by you.

If you see "C" it means you have received a card to confirm that State.

Now for some action:

Click on the first "W" (say for the state of Arkensas). The QSO window
will display your first contact on 160m with AR. Say it reads K5OVC on
Feb 27, 1997. You will now set the label flag to Y (with F2 key).
Remember that you can enter K5OVC in the QSL Mgr field. Use CTL-E to
open, and enter Lenny's address from qrz.com or the RAC.

Continue for all the States.

Now print out the QSO labels and address labels and mail out with SASE.

I hope this helps,
