[Dx4win] IOTA update OC182, OC089

If you see  File|Databases|IOTA| and table with:
No IOTA Fullname Longitude Latitude

But if you see import file of IOTA it was

OC182,"VP6D Ducie Island",-24.500,-125.000
OC183,"VK6 W Aus State (SW Coast) Centre",-29.200,114.500
OC184,"V85 Brunei'S Coastal Islands", 4.700,114.700

So first indicate Latitude and then Longitude - in FILE!!!!!

BTW I am using (Thanks to UA6AF) modify file of database  with
prefix before Name of Island - it was help when you check prefix by F1.
If anybody need it I can send as attach zip file with about 16kB.
