Am I wrong to think that the country database file from version 5 is 
compatible with version 4?  If so, it wouldn't be hard for the DX4WIN guys 
to make it available separately, so we wouldn't have to download the V5 
demo to get an up to date file.  On the other hand, assuming compatibility, 
it wouldn't be that hard for any user to do an install of the V5 demo and 
then copy the needed file across.
