[Dx4win] Label printing problem

I have seen this bug with a HP1100 printer; downloading the latest
driver for your printer may solve the problem. If you use the latest
version already, you can try to define a label format using a custom
page size of 8.5 x 11" (It was the letter size that caused the problem)
