  Are you talking about YOUR previous calls or previous calls of the station
worked? If you are talking about previous calls of the station you are
working, I don't see how that could be handled by the same call window.
DX4Win has no conceivable way of knowing that info.

Use the group name and you can display which call you worked the station
under.  This is part of the group number assignment.
