Hi Jeff,
I do not have this trouble when printing onto the QSL card.
My printer is an Epson Stylus Color 800, and it will feed QSL cards.
The cards go in with the 140mm width leading, and the top to the bottom
of the card is 90mm.

The label print I use is:
Units  =   mm
Label Width  = 68.00  Label height = 26.50
Horiz pitch  = 68.00  Vert pitch   = 26.50
Spacing Left = 39.00   Spacing Top = 59.90
Horiz shift  = 0      Vert shift   = 0
No. Across   = 1
No. Down     = 1
Paper size   = A4
Portrait     = Y
Callsign Font:  Arial 12
Body Font:      Arial  9
Use Lines    =  Y

My only problem was when I tried to make the page size equal to the QSL
card size. I could not make this work.
The key is to make the page sise A4 (or standard sheet size).
The command line of No. Across = 1, No. Down = 1
will cause the card to eject as soon as the QSO label is printed on the
single QSL card. This way I can have a print run of 50 labels, and
the cards feed correctly, one at a time.

Printing to the QSL card works so well, I make this my preferred method.
I only print onto pages of labels (3 across x 10 down) when I have
outgoing QSL requests with address labels for QSL managers.

Hope this is of help.
