[Dx4win] Packet window and DX Spots window

Hi:

I try to use the Packet window to connect me to internet dx-cluster and the=
 DX Spots window appaers, I close the database and then the DX4WIN, next=
 time I open DX4WIN both windows appears and I can=B4t close it.

Can somebody help me with this?
