[Dx4win] DX4WIN and MMTTY

Floyd,
I use the MMTTY/DX4WIN combination, but have not found an easy keyboard
substitute for the CTRL-T to initiate transmit mode.
However, I have found that the backslash "\" key (the underscore "_" is not
necessary, despite what the documentation says ;-) will shift you back to
receive mode when sent during normal keyboard entry. I find "\" to be a lot
easier to type than CTRL-R.
