First go to DX4WIN, radio file directory, usually found C:\Program
Files\dx4w503\radios.

Next in this directory find the ".RIG" file that describes your radio
should probably be ICOM706.rig or what ever Icom rig file you chose in
preferences when setting up rig control in the first place.

Open this file with a text editor such as Notepad.exe

You will find an entry in file that probably says: FHIGH=
3.00000000000000E+0004
Change his line to : FHIGH= 5.00000000000000E+0005

Save it then restart DX4WIN, this should solve your problem
