[Dx4win] Country number for Ducie and ETimor are wrong

Thanks for question #1.  The list is at 
http://www.hosenose.com/adif/adif.html - for those who might want it.  And it 

appears to be current, with Chesterfield, East Timor, and Ducie at the end.

Now, how do I tell DX4Win that those are countries 512, 513, and 511 so that 
information is included in any ADIF export?

In a telephone call to ARRL DXCC Bill Moore about 2 months ago he told me 
that they were going to use Ducie with country number 513.  
At the time cards were not yet being accepted for that entity and they had 
not started  using the number as yet.   
I believe he did tell me that E Timor was 511 so the two entities look like 
the are switched on the web site.  

So be warned that 513 and 511 are in question.
