[Dx4win] Openning Packet Window Closes Connection

Bill, I'm not at the ham shack computer, but I think "bye" is in F3 or F4.
I'm not surprised that something different happens when you try this--it may
depend on just how your screen is set up. Nonetheless, we now know I'm not
doing something wrong. Have we discovered a bug?
