[Dx4win] How to log ISS QSO?

Since RS0ISS does not count as a country (since it's not a=
 land-based 
station - same same as NA1SS on the American side), the simple=
 thing 
to do is mark it as "Invalid" for DXCC purposes. F5 until the=
 entire 
QSO plate is shown, then down in the bottom right hand corner,=
 change 
"Valid" to "Invalid".
