[Dx4win] can't manually add to IOTA database in 5.03

Edit by text Editor new IOTA data and then Import it to dx4win.
I wrote several time how is do it.
I am also have modify complete IOTA database when indicate prefix of
Island, here is example from my new IOTA file

AF001,"3B6 Agalega Islands",-10.000,56.500
AF002,"FT5Z Amsterdam Island",-38.000,77.500
AF003,"ZD8 Ascension Island",-8.000,-14.500
AF004,"EA8 Canary Islands",28.000,-16.000
