[Dx4win] Add to call.dxl file

I have a call.csv file with my club's members list
(about 7000 members).

Type of file was:
Callsign,Notes for this call (his/her name and membership#),state
...................
KB8LFA,Jeremy#3065,OH
VE7ALL,Clinton#3066,
KS0M,Richard#3067,MO
N1YLA,Bob#3068,VT
K5GAT,Ken#3069,TX
................etc
I need convert this Excel file to dx4win5.03 file and then
Merge (add) it to my ua6jd.dxl file.
When I will enter callsign in main window all data (name&state)
will automatically input to main window also  .
Is any idea how to do it?
