Bernie,

The ARRL application for DXCC is a two page form: the first page is the
demographic stuff (your call, name, address, what you're applying for, cost,
credit card info, etc - see the ARRL site). DX4WIN does not print page 1 for
you.

The second page of the form is a chart on which you list the countries you
have worked, dates, bands, modes. In some cases, you would need many page
2's to accompany your application (since all your entries might not fit on
one chart).

DX4WIN prints "page 2" for you (or as many pages of the "page 2" chart as
would be required for your submission), which you can send to the ARRL in
place of the official chart from the ARRL web site. DX4WIN also marks all
the associated QSOs as "SUB" status, so your logbook knows which you have
submitted and are pending from the ARRL.

You accomplish this within DX4WIN by going to <R>eports, DXCC, <S>ubmission,
and then within the form <right-click> and select <P>rint.

[[I would suggest that you save a back-up/archival copy of your entire \SAVE
directory before attempting this, in the event that you make a mistake and
mark a bunch of QSOs as SUB and then discover you did something wrong, or
discover that you don't REALLY have the cards you thought you had [guilty!],
or whatever. You can always "experiment" a little knowing that you have a
fresh backup that you can use to replace your experiment.]]
