Jay,
DX4WIN is capable of being the front-end to an RTTY TU, but cannot operate
as a standalone RTTY system like it does PSK.
However, to accomplish full-functioned RTTY from DX4WIN I have
cross-connected DX4WIN to MMTTY using three serial ports and a null modem
cable - treating MMTTY as the back-end engine (with MMTTY doing all the
talking to the sound card).
I have written two documents that describe what you need to do to accomplish
this... it takes some effort but once you get it running DX4WIN/MMTTY works
great as a complete RTTY solution.
Let me know if you're interested, and I'll send you the information,
-larry
