[Dx4win] Cannot delete QSL Manager field when multiple QSO's

Go to Files -> Databases -> QSL Managers and delete the entry.

Once a station has a manager, if s/he drops the manager and wants direct 
QSLs, then you have a problem, the manager will keep showing up.  There are 
no end dates in the QSL manager database.

However, this may be a necessary addition, as the format of the data in the 
GOLIST database is changing, but it will provide start/end dates for managers.
