[Dx4win] Not group LIST but group list

Hi Steve and ALL.

It' very easy to print a whole group list, first go to search mode (F8),
then find the BOX for Group number in the QSO window!
Insert what group you want to print, eg. 003, (say that 003 stands for
Mobile contacts). Finally press enter, then you should find all those qso's
for Mobile contacts in the logbook window, then simply rightclick and print
the logbook.
