At this point, with RAM as cheap as it is, it would make more sense to run
two separate instances, each configured for a particular radio.  I would
not try to point them both to the same log file unless I knew a LOT more
about how DX4WIN manages its database, for fear of trashing the file.
Since DX4WIN has a simple, easy log merge command, a periodic merge will
get things together in one file.
