[Dx4win] New Computer - Which Windows to use?

If you have to have LPT CW keying and you're going to use WriteLog, then
you have to stick with Win98 (or WinME, but I do NOT recommend ME - I had
it on two systems and both were disasters. (for reasons other than ham
software - system stability.) Wayne Wright has said he does not intend
to provide LPT keying for WinXP/2000/NT. I'm running WinXP Home now and
enjoy it a lot, but need to switch my CW keying from the LPT to the same
serial port the rig is on.
