[Dx4win] RTTY and packet

Eric,

The only limitations are: not saving a log, and printing 'demo' on
the QSL labels. Serial ports can be tricky to deal with under 
Windows. Is there any IRQ sharing, are you using the right cable,
is the TNC configured to echo what you type, is any other
Windows program able to use the TNC etc.
