Absolutely - and it is easy.

Usually when you want to set a lot of print flags, you would set a filter by
selecting <F>ilter <S>earch - defining those QSOs that you wish to flag for
getting QSLs (rather than simply "every QSO in the log"). However in your
case you don't want to set a filter .

Within the QSO window select <L>abels, <S>et print flags. That will set all
"Labels" = Y for printing QSLs.
