The K-Com filters work well to solve this problem for you as it will for
your neighbors.

We use them in Antigua when we run our contest operation to keep 160 through
10m out of the phone line.  They also work on the Megawatt BBC station
located across the street from our location which you can hear clearly on
any telephone.
