[Dx4win] Time Fixing problem

Have read your suggestion to Pete k2PS  on his time problem.  I wonder if 
you could help me.
I discovered recently that in my 2000 IARU (July)  contest  (only 100 qsl's 
but some good ones! )   an error was made somewhere that moved the qso
  times exactly 15 hours off.
My son also a Pete ad4l has offered to work on it for me.  I wondered if 
you would be kind enough to send me a copy of  the formula file for 
changing time and date .  It might be just the thing for him too.  I have 
made a copy of your letter on the subject and could forward that to him.  I 
would also have to send out some qsl's late as it is, but it is worth a try.
     However,  if  I am asking a bit much - that's o.k.   Margaret
