[Dx4win] set up

i hope this is not a dumb question but i am looking for a interface that 
would let me send and rec. mmsst - mmtty - cw - psk 31. i have in the shack
icom 756 pro 2
rigblaster # m8
dx4win ver. 503
writelog ver 10
i want to set this up so i do not have to make any changes 
in the software or in the wireing when i go from one mode to 
the other. i may be asking to much. hope some one can 
giude me thru this.
