I use WT4I for my work on the CQWW committee and it works perfectly.
First thing, WT4I's registration screen shows up every time you start the
program. After the first time, it remembers your registration code so you
only need to click the OK box. This is correct. Check the documentation.
It only reads the first 60 or so characters of each record as a default.
You can change this if you want to include more under the configuration
menu.
I would suggest that you check the documentation for more details.
If you are going to do a lot of contesting, I would also suggest that you
consider using Writelog, which is a contest program.
